GHMC- Service Deliveries: Responsibilities of Different Officers

Assistant Medical & Health officer Within 3 days: Supply of extra copies of Birth certificate / Death Certificate, sweeping of Roads Garbage lifting and maintenance of slaughter house. Control of malaria epidemic disease, food adulteration. Within 7 days: Birth & Death certificate, Corrections in Birth/Death Certificates, Inclusion of name in Birth Certificate, Non-availability certificate of Birth/DeathWithin 10 days: Issue of sanitation certificate,

Within 30 days: Trade License (fresh and Renewal)

Assistant Director (sports) Within 48 hours:Within 7 days: Permission to use parks and plays grounds of G H M C Membership of swimming pools.

Valuation Officer Within 1 monthAssessment of Property tax / Re-assessment of propertry tax and Revision Petition on Property tax

Assistant  City planner Within 1 monthBuilding permission, demolition of unauthorized construction, encroachments footpaths and building completion certificate and sign boards permission.

Executive Engineer Sanction of roads, new drainage lines etc. and overall control of engineering section.

Project Director UCD Aasara cards, Grievances of UCD activities. Sanctioned and group loans to ladies and distribution of gas stove etc. for below poverty line citizens

Assistant commissioner and Assistant Electoral registration officer Voter ID cards, Inclusion of name in voter list and voter list extract.

Director Horticulture Grievances of Maintenances of parks.

 

  • If the above timeframe is not adhered to, compensation would be paid to the applicant at Rs.50/- per day in case of services of Revenue, Engineering and

If the above timeframe is not adhered to, compensation would be paid to the applicant at Rs.50/- per day in case of services of Revenue, Engineering and Health Sections, and Rs.100/- per day in case of services of Town Planning Section by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation towards loss of valuable time of the applicant.

This compensation will be recovered from the person who delayed the service delivery. Disciplinary action would be initiated against the defaulting Officer who have paid fine at least 3 times in a year.

Similar disciplinary action would be initiated against the persons responsible who failed to pay fines imposed
